Several projects will use found paper also known as “road-kill”. We will approach collage from a formalist perspective: looking at composition in regards to space, shape, line, color and pattern. At the end of each project we look at our collages as a group and consider the work as a unit, critique individual work, shedding light on what makes a good composition, learning to construct intuitively.
