Bio

Michele worked a high stress, high intensity job in the high tech field for over 25 years; it was a rewarding career working with numbers, budgets, software and technology spending much of her time in her left brain. When she retired in 2016, her right brain burst out of hiding and she has spent time exploring and loving a variety of media. She has had a passion for photography since she was a teenager and that love has continued as she added quilting, art quilting, fiber, hand stitching, hand dyeing, watercolor and sketching and mixed media art journaling. Not one to choose favorites, Michele creates with whatever media she is inspired by in the moment.

Michele also occasionally teaches art, including mixed media art techniques.
