Artist Statement

My art is inspired by many things, including pop culture, tattoos, music, human beings in general, and the everyday moments of life. I aim to capture the essence of these influences through my work, often blending bold imagery with subtle details. Using charcoal and pencil as my primary mediums, I create drawings that reflect both the complexity and simplicity of the human experience, inviting viewers to connect with the familiar yet often overlooked aspects of our world.

Bio

Born in St. Louis, Michael graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a BS in Music Industry Studies. Passionate about both music and visual art, Michael finds inspiration in everyday life, often merging these creative expressions into his work.
